Products and use

Cleeneo nasal strips are intended to support nasal airflow at the nasal valve. They are not a medical device and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. They are not a treatment for sleep apnoea. If you experience persistent snoring, breathing pauses or ongoing congestion, consult a qualified healthcare professional. Follow the application instructions and use each strip only once.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes. We aim to keep product and pricing information accurate, but errors may occur. If we cannot fulfil an order we will contact you and offer a full refund for any unfulfilled item. Acceptance of your order takes place when we dispatch it for delivery.

Delivery

We deliver within Singapore only. Dispatch normally takes 1–2 business days, with delivery typically 2–4 business days after dispatch. Free delivery is included with every order. See our Shipping page for full details.

Returns and refunds

For hygiene reasons, opened or used nasal strips cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us at sales@cleeneo.co within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
