Returns & order support
If your order arrives damaged or you have any issue with your strips, email us at sales@cleeneo.co within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Because nasal strips are a personal-care product, opened packs can't be returned for hygiene reasons, but we stand behind every order and will resolve any quality issue promptly.
For questions about your order status, tracking, or delivery, reach out anytime — we typically respond within one business day. You can also visit our contact page for all enquiries, including wholesale and partnership requests.
